Thirumanthiram / Way to Happiness bliss

Poem 1- Subtance of Bliss

  • The bliss I am experiencing ,let the Bliss fill the entire world
  • I explain how I experience this Bliss (As follows)
  • There is a Secret SUBSTANCE , a Vibration that holds on to the Universe Above
  • On The other side it holds this Physical Body , that Natural Substance or Naturally existing Vibration is called divine vibration , Thirumanthiram , meiunarvu ,  etc..
  • When one holds on to Divine Vibration more and more , it reveals out of Ones head Automatically.

Details of the Above poem

Saint Thirumular expresses his great spirit out of experiencing bliss that he wants the bliss of himself to fill the world. Being one of the great Yogis of all time, he expresses that those who experience Bliss cannot keep for themselves and wants this experience to fill the world. He then expresses the way forward for spiritual seekers to have the bliss by revealing the Divine Substance. This is hidden substance beyond the grasp of  normal human eye, this Divine Vibration holds the Universe (Sky above) and the body below. When we hold on to the same, it reveals itself out of the HEAD.

The inferences reveal that Superconscious state can be experienced only above the Waking consious state and state of freedom, bliss, Mukti is when the Divine Substamanifested as Life residing inside the body comes out through the head which is called Nirvana. Then one knows who one really is.

Literal Translation

  • When one Gazes at the tip of Nose
  • Tiredness is gone, Body knows No decay
  • Mind does not move and Ego “i” disappears
  • Searching for happiness of intellect is over and then One becomes verily SIVA The IMMOVABLE and SUPREME

Details of the Above Poem

When one gazes at the tip of the nose with Half Opened eyes (posture for meditation), The tiredness is gone  and the body knows no decay with regular practise since the breathing  is slowed down and merges in the forehead center. The mind does not move as the left and right parts of the brain (the left channel Idagala the Lunar channel and the right channel pingala , the solar channel) is equal and the sushumna the third channel of life , super conscious opens and the mind becomes absorbed inside , the ego also merges with its own creative energy , the searching of the Intellect is over since the intellect has found the real thing it has been searching for all Along, the Self which is its source and after the Body , mind and Intellect are in peaceful state one enjoys Oneself. The state of Siva
