During their practice they develop physical health, self-confidence, inner awareness & strength, concentration, sharp intellect, courage & happiness and also cultivate family and social relationship skills We are giving our kid true native ancient system practice to carry their whole life & Yoga is a prevention method, whole life is disease free.
